At present, under the influence of the epidemic outbreak, the Sino-Kazakhstan land transportation port is closed, the railway transportation is limited, the international crude oil price is dropped, the exchange rate is unstable, and the Shantui Central Asia Department is facing against unprecedented difficulties and challenges.
